Trust Governance
±«ÓãÊÓƵ-Academy Trust (±«ÓãÊÓƵ) is an Education Charity.
±«ÓãÊÓƵ is governed by the Trust’s Board of Directors.
The Trust Board is comprised of volunteers and is responsible for:
- Ensuring clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction for the Trust and its academies;
- Holding the CEO to account for the educational performance of the organisation and its pupils, and the effective and efficient management of staff; and
- Overseeing the financial performance of the organisation and making sure money is well spent.
